My practice honours an interconnected vision of nature, sound and color. These video art works  explore the concept of synaesthesia,  a perceptual condition that allows me to see colors from sounds and orchestra instruments. Music compositions and birds are revealed in vibrant colors.

Crafted with care, my drawings, digital artworks and oil paintings combine disparate elements into an organic unity. It’s pure creativity that services  the idea of connection and  embraces the extraordinary through a teleological process. Please contact directly for enquiries about purchasing original artwork

I have worked on several projection mappings and installations on public spaces, creating visual digital art in sync with my own composed symphonic  scores or collaborating directly with orchestras. Resonance and synaesthesia are the core concepts

With the  knowledge and experience to create digital art projections, real-time audio-reactive environments or whole symphonic music compositions, I am passionate about partnering with creators and curators to bring to life new ideas. Send me a message and say hello

Avia Pictura #4 is a return to my painting origins rooted in the post-romantic sublime, but it's empowered by all the creative advantages of a custom made software that emulates painting and drawing techniques. The program is also designed for sounds to contribute to the work, so recordings of Tui birds from New Zealand become "co-performers", blending their random mark making into the digital canvas, sketching a visual framework for me to intuitively respond to. The video is done in one take, with no cuts or edits and ultimately highlights this synaesthetic and interactive process over the final result. Video Animation 7 min 2014

It invites viewers into an elevated state of vision, revealing a dynamic and connected nature rather than a fragmented reality. Digital Art on Board 65x42 cm 2018
